TERMS OF SERVICE
INTRODUCTION
✦ I, the artist, reserve the right to reject any work for any reason.✦ I may cancel the commission and issue a full refund if I decide to stop working with a client.✦ Delivery times vary based on the active projects I have in my queue, unless otherwise specified.✦ Full payment is expected, up front. PayPal or Venmo in USD only. Payment plans over $80 may be considered, as long as they are within 2 weeks.✦ When placing a commission, please be clear and precise about what you are looking for to avoid additional charges later. It is your responsibility to keep an up-to-date reference sheet.✦ My queue orders are public and can be found here.✦ Clients may request anonymity and/or an alias in their queue.

PROCESS
(Waiting times may vary, standard wait time for a single illustration is 1-2 weeks.)
✦ You commission me by contacting me directly through DeviantArt, AminoApps, YCH commishes, Furaffinity, or an official opening on this Website.
✦ Please have your references and payment information ready when you commission me, I can go by description (usually covered by a custom design fee), references, or multiple images as long as it is clear and accurate.
✦ If I do not receive a response or payment in the expected time, I will consider the space abandoned and remove you from the queue.
✦ Prices are a general estimate and may change based on character or complexity of concept.
✦ Work will not begin until full payment has been made (Unless otherwise stated).
✦ If you change your mind before the commission has been sketched, you can still request changes.
✦ You can request updates or sketches at any time, but please be respectful.
✦ Unless otherwise specified, a sketch will be sent to you for Revision, giving you the opportunity to change things. You will get two passes before you are charged for additional changes. (The exception is correcting errors by the artist)
✦ After accepting the sketch, the commission is finished and there is no room for major changes without additional charges, the only exception is if the artist misinterpreted the design or missed something that was clearly stated.
✦ At the end of the commission, you will be given different versions of files that vary depending on the nature of the work, but always matched in a high-resolution JPEG and PNG file, watermarked by the artist and if she. It is your responsibility to download and archive them for your own use.

COPYRIGHT
✦ I retain the right to all work I create in any digital, traditional or print form under the name Sweetestartz or Elinetic. This includes, but is not limited, to the use of commissioned work in my portfolios.
✦ If you wish to purchase the rights to your commission or character for commercial purposes (for profit) you will be required to pay a fee on top of the original price and depending on the intent of the license you may be subject to royalties.
✦ If you do not wish your piece to be included in any promotional materials you may request to be excluded from this when placing your commission.
✦ You have the right to use the commissioned piece for any personal/private use. I.e. sharing your commission on social media, uploading it to Toyhouse and everything from icons, banners, uploads, prints or phone screens for yourself and your loved ones. If you are unsure if something qualifies for private and personal use; please contact me.
✦ The client may upload and share their commission anywhere as long as credit is given to the artist.
✦ The client may modify or color their commission, as long as it is respectful of the original piece and credit is given.
✦ Character designs and customs made by the artist may be changed after purchase. Authorship is appreciated but not required, as long as it is not attributed to another person.
✦ Resale, Regift and Retrade of characters with their respective art is accepted.

REFUNDS & PLANS
(The client is responsible for their own financial situation. I do not give refunds for poor handling of finances)✦ I´m willing to discuss with clients if they are not satisfied with their service or product. There will be no payment dispute without contacting me beforehand as I will have to take legal action and you will be blacklisted.✦ If your commission is cancelled, you will be subject to fees such as an inconvenience fee and a consultation fee. This will be deducted from your refund. ✦ 3.a Termination of Commission after commencement of work:✦ If your commission is cancelled and you are refunded, all rights to the supplied artwork are returned to me as the artist to use as I wish.✦ If work has started, the client is subject to a partial refund (50%) up to the lineart or colouring stage.✦ After this stage, refunds are no longer eligible but can be negotiated on an individual basis for exceptions. 3.b Payment Plans✦ Payment plans can be issued on a case by case basis on orders of $80+✦ Payment plans from $80 to $200 can be paid in 50/50 installments over one month✦ Payment plans from $200 to $500 can be paid in 50/50 or 30/30/30 installments over two months.✦ Payment plans may be subject to late payment penalties.
